Welcome to 4YK!  For many of you, this will be your child's first school experience.  It is my goal to make it the best most positive start for your little one.  I have over 20 years of teaching experience with ten of those years being in a kindergarten classroom.  Our curriculum is based on the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards which includes health and physical development, social and emotional development, language development and communication, approaches to learning, and cognition and general knowledge.  Our day consists of learning through play, academic centers, music, movement, and educational apps.  Your child will also be fortunate enough to attend Art, Music, PE, Library, and Character Education classes.  We have a full day, five day a week program so a rest time is incorporated each day.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
